Placing an order:

You can place your order in any of four ways:

All pricing includes the cost of the item and associated packing costs. Shipping is additional. All items shipped within the state of Massachusetts will be charged sales tax (6.25%)

Payment terms
All our products are made to order. We charge your account when the order has shipped using credit card only (MasterCard, Visa and Debit cards).

Lead time
Lead times for delivery will vary depending on the time of year and current volume. Typically, our lead time one to two weeks. All of our ceramic lighting and fixtures normally ship within three to six weeks from the time an order is placed.

How we ship
All prices do not include shipping. 
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, no signature required, unless otherwise specified. If you require a different shipping method, please let us know when you place your order.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you live outside the contiguous 48 states we will ship your via the U.S.P.S. 

Gifts
We are more than happy to ship an item as a gift for you. Simply specify that you are placing an order as a gift at the time of ordering. The receipt and invoice will be mailed to you. The item and a packing slip without pricing will be sent to the recipient. If you would like us to include an enclosure card with a message (no extra charge) please do let us know.
